Our Eyes Have Opened

Everyones eyes are now open.  All opened on Tuesday except for the white and brown girl whose opened on Wednesday.

Photo's and videos of the pups will be posted over the weekend.

I will be getting in touch with interested people at the weekend.

We've Arrived

Poppy had her pups in the early hours of Saturday 17th November.  White and black girl short tail.  Black and white girl 3/4 tail.  White and brown girl short tail.  Black and white boy full tail and white and black boy short tail.

Not Long To Go Now

Poppy's pups are due on Sunday 18th November.  She's still holding onto them at the moment and looks as though she will for the next day or so.  Photo's will be on here once the pups are born.

Poppy will be due a litter of pups on the 18th November.  Clear PRA DNA.  Hipscore total 8.  Clear Gonioscopy.  Poppy is a natural bobtail.

Although the weather has not been great in Manchester this weekend Poppy and I went to Sale Water Park for a good swim.  She excelled in jumping and diving.  A great time was had.  Here is a photo of her posing after her swim.

Lynn and Quinta Do It Again

What a great start. Lynn and Quinta at their second show do it again for the second time Best Puppy in Show at York Canine Societies Limit Show.

Well done to you both, I'm so proud.

Gorgeous Day in Manchester

Best Puppy In Show

Quinta went on to win Best Puppy in Show today in Guernsey. We are very pleased here at Briarlow.

Just had wonderful news from Guernsey.

Quinta at her first show won the Puppy Gundog Group and 4th in the gundog group.

Brilliant news and so pleased that Carmen and Paco produced such a beautifu and happy girl.

Another of Paco's pups winning at shows, hope the success for all of them continues!

Calida's Last Walk Before Pups

Calida will be going for her last walk at Sale Water Park tomorrow before the pups arrive. Photo's will be taken. Looking forward to meeting people who may be interested in the pups.

Anyone interested in a SWD I will ask you why you want a Spanish, what you know about the breed. I will want to know about your family. What you will do with your pup to ensure that you have a happy, friendly SWD.

The pups are due 3 weeks today and Calida is getting quite big now.

Calida is Pregnant

Great news and Calida was scanned today. THere are quite a number of pups. Photo's will be put on here as the weeks go by. So fingers crossed we will have tiny paws at Briarlow around the 20th February.

Spanish Water Dog Pups

Early signs are looking good. Calida will be scanned some time next week to check that she is pregnant. Watch out for up-to-date information in a few days time.
